Miracle to play at international Queen Convention!

That's right! After 2002 and 2009, Miracle will return to play at the official international Queen convention! Miracle will take the stage on Sunday April 29th. For a thrilling weekend filled with nothing but Queen order you tickets here!

Friday May 6th

To get everyone at a certain point at a certain time is always a challenge… With a lead singer living in Rome, a keyboard player in love in Marseille and a FOH sound engineer with an appendix problem, extra skills are required. On Friday morning we took off at a central point in Rotterdam to the Airport: Bart, Jaco Victor, Ger (our 2^nd FOH sound engineer), my son Nicky Jay and I. After an easy check in we had a gentle flight to Montpellier where, probably for the first time ever, it felt colder than in the Netherlands.

We arrived at the airport hoping that our hosts would be there, but no one was there. I received an SMS from Isabelle (our host) that she was delayed for twenty minutes because Peter Freestone needed to be picked up from the railway station. After having

Miracle at Montpellier festival confirmed

The association Freddie Mercury Hommage Montpellier commemorates the 20th anniversary of the disappearance of the famous English singer through a day event, on the 7th of May 2011 from 2pm to 11pm at the Salle Victoire 2, St Jean de Védas, Montpellier (34), France.

Program, 2 concerts with groups COVERQUEEN and MIRACLE, a photo exhibition, an auction and the exceptional presence of Peter Freestone, personal assistant and close friend of Freddie Mercury. He will share his memories at a conference, answer visitors' questions and sign copies of his book published in French in 2010.

All profits from this event will be donated to Sidaction and to the "Mercury Phoenix Trust", foundation for research against AIDS which was created on the death of the singer.

On Top of the World again!

Last Saturday during our gig in Poeldijk we received a long awaited phone call from up North again. Although we had not expected to return to Iceland before the year 2013 as announced on our website, we are proud to tell you all that it is going to happen a little sooner than planned: Miracle will perform in Iceland for two live shows and a acoustic session from March 3rd until March 8th 2011. Also some radio or tv appearances are planned. We are all excited about bringing Miracle in their new line up to Iceland for the fourth time, and hope that a lot of you fans out there are able to join us! Further details about our shows will be revealed very shortly. Miracle played in Iceland before in 2004, 2005 and 2006.

Cafe de Luifel at Poeldijk organizes the 10th Queen Memorial Night Saturday, November 20, 2010. This November 24 it will already be 19 years since the lead singer of the band Queen, Freddie Mercury died.
Café de Luifel commemorates this with the Queen Memorial Night on Saturday, November 20.
In the evening the band Miracle will take the stage. This quality cover band plays regularly at Queen Fanclub conventions and therefore guarantees an evening filled with good music. The Venue will be open from 19.30 hours. € 10.00 Tickets will be on sale from October. We hope to welcome you on November 20!

Staying Power!

After a short collaboration with Robin van Beek as temporary frontman of Miracle, The Dutch Queen Cover Band we have managed to fill this position permanently. From now on, Giordano Petrini will be the permanent lead singer of Miracle.

Giordano (living in Rome and also the lead singer of the Italian Queen Tribute Band Galileo and Rock Age) feels very privileged to join Miracle. A few people during the concert in Naaldwijk (May 5th) have already seen him performing. Giordano is particularly interested in the older (and lesser-known) work of Queen and therefore fits perfectly with Miracle.

Although the occasion of May 5 was the first time that Miracle played together in this new line up, it was clear that there really was a fantastic chemistry. The next gigs on August 5, November 20, December 11 and June 2 2011 will be in this new line-up. Giordano also has a list of songs ready that he would like to perform with Miracle. We feel that we haven't played for too long, and we are eager to pract

Gig of May the 5th has been rescheduled

The gig in Baarn on May the fifth has been cancelled. Miracle will now instead take the stage in Naaldwijk on may the fifth, at 't Teejater ( www.teejater.nl). Because Robin has other obligations on that day, Giordano Petrini of the Italian Queen coverband Galileo will rock with Miracle. We're counting on you! Be there!!!
